Return & Refund Policy

We want your festival decorations to spark joy. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how our return and refund process works.

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Custom or seasonal decorations (e.g., specific holiday items) are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

Contact [email protected] with your order number to initiate a return. We’ll provide a return address and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refunded.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your decoration is damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

International Returns

International customers may return eligible items, but shipping costs and customs fees are non-refunded. Contact us for guidance.
